Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), BA
A practice rooted in relational therapy—the belief that our connections shape who we are and how we heal.
I work with teens, couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship and emotional challenges such as separation, infidelity, rebuilding, and forgiveness, as well as concerns related to identity, self-worth, trauma, substance use and addiction, grief, and complex family dynamics. I also support clients in navigating boundaries, including no-contact, low-contact, and reconnection.
My work is grounded in the understanding that our relationship patterns are shaped by past experiences and continue to show up in how we connect, protect, and relate in the present.
With teens, this often involves building a sense of identity, worthiness, boundaries, and emotional awareness. With couples and families, it often centers on communication, rupture, and repair. For individuals, therapy becomes a space to understand how attachment patterns, coping strategies, and relational experiences shape current emotional life. At the core, much of this work is about the relationship someone has with themselves.
Not all patterns can be repaired. Part of therapy is learning what can shift, and what may require boundaries, acceptance, or a different way forward.
Informed by multiple schools of thought, trauma-informed, and inclusive.
